Experia Laboratory Laminator
Little Area Laminator for solar R&D test
Experia manufactures little area Laboratory Laminators for Research & Development purposes:
SOLAR LAMINATION PROCESS
The process of manufacturing solar panels requires precise control of temperature, pressure, vacuum and step duration time.
Each Experia Laminator is equipped with a computerized control system designed to control all the process parameters.
A good recipe makes you able to avoid:
– air entrapment in the lamination layers;
– poor lamination that cause delamination;
– cracking or damage to the solar cells because of wrong pressure;
– wrinkling or deformation of the lamination layers that cause inconsistent appearance and performance;
Experia Laminators can be upgraded with a “lifting pin system” mechanism that is a matrix array of pins that raise-up out of the heated plate. These pins hold the panel away from the heated plate until the good vacuum is achieved and the air is evacuated from the working chamber. The pins are then lowered bringing the sample in contact with the heated lower plate, causing the EVA melting to bond the panel layers together.
Experia Laminators can be equipped with “cooling system” to cool down the heated plate in short time.
